A Memorial of an Indented deed of Assignment bearing the date the Eleventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty two made between Edward ORME of Riverview in the county of Mayo Esq Sole Assignee? of the Estate and Effects of James HIGGINS of Ballina in the county of Mayo Corn Merchant a Bankrupt of the first part James Knox GORE Esquire and Henry JOYNT Gentleman both of Ballina in the County of Mayo aforesaid of the second part Lut Robert CAMPBELL Bannet and John Petty MUSRAT both of the City of London in that part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland called England of the third part the said James HIGGINS of Ballina aforesaid the said county of Mayo the Bankrupt of the first part and Peter O'CONNOR of Sligo in the County of Sligo Merchant of the fifth part, Reciting that James HIGGINS being entitled to the premises therein and herein after particularly mentioned Executed a Certain Deed of Mortgage Conveying said premises to the said James Knox GORE and Henry JOYNT and that the said James HIGGINS also conveyed the premises and Mortgage to Lut Robert CAMPBELL and John Petty MUSRAT in trust for the provincial Bank and further reciting that the said James HIGGINS was declared a Bankrupt and the said Edward ORME was duly appointed by assignee who paid off the debts due on foot? of said respective Mortgages and had agreed to join in a Conveyance of said premises to a purchased the said Edward ORME for the Consideration therein mentioned by and with the Consent and approbation of the several other parties thereto do Grant Bargain Sell Convey and make over unto the said Peter O'CONNER his heirs and assigns, All that and those the plot of ground being part of the Ground Commonly called the Lawn Situate on the West side of Gore street in the town of Ballina parish of Kilmoremoy Barony of Tyrawley and County of Mayo and Containing in front to said Street twenty three feet three Inches in depth to the home? in the rere of same plot one hundred and thirty three feet and in breadth in the rere Twenty one feet six Inches bordered on the West by the street South by a lane leading from the street to the River North by the other part of said Lawn formerly in the possession of the said Patrick O'CONNER and East by said lane together with a right of passage are along said Lane from the South to the North the ? and all that and these ? of ground leading from said Cross Lane to the River containing in breadth in front to said Lane twenty one feet six inches and in breadth to the River twenty feet two Inches Bounded on the East by said River West by Cross Lane North by the premises then belonging to John BOURKE and South by other part of said *aron in the possession of Patrick O'CONNER and which said several premises are comprised in the therein recited indenture of Lease of the second of March one thousand Eight hundred and thirty one and are fully described in a Map thereunto annexed or otherwise the said Map of Lands tenements Heriditaments many of them now ...heretofore ...situated known tenantal described as distinguished together with all... of rights priviledges and appurtenances whatsoever whether at Law or as Equity of them the said Edward ORME James Knox GORE Henry JOYNT Robert CAMPBELL John Petty MUSPRAT and James HIGGINS into or out of the paid thereby conveyed premises.
